At Herboxa, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items. Simply ensure your apparel is in its original condition with tags still attached to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Log in to our online portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging and include the printed return authorization slip inside the box.

  Ship the Items

  Attach the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location or scheduled pickup point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned garments, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
